What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires you to please us know if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. No shows are subject to 25% no show fee.

Do I need an appointment to come in?

We do ask that you schedule an appointment before coming in to make sure we can take great of you.

Can I bring my kids with me to my appointment?

Although we love children, it is best if kids stay at home unless they are receiving a service for safety reasons.

Where should I park?

The city of Dayton has a free parking lot across the street from the salon for your convenience, we also have free street parking.

Do you have wifi?

Yes, we do offer free wifi to all of our clients.
